Villa Elle is a beautifully
furnished and well equipped 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa
located in the most exclusive area of Los Riscos on Montana
Roja,(Red Mountain) offering unrivalled 180 degree panoramic
bay views to Papagayo and Fuerteventura.
The property is unique, modern and spacious and offers a
wealth of facilities.
The large spacious lounge is furnished with quality leather
sofas and offers large flat screen TV with satellite and uk
channels, mini hi fi, stereo and DVD player. A large dining
table is located at the far end of the lounge should guests
not be able to steal themselves away from the property at meal
times. The fully equipped modern kitchen ensures those wishing
to self cater have all the necessary facilities including
fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and
washing machine.
The bright and airy bedrooms offer quality, comfortable
furnishings. The main bedroom incorporates a luxury king size
bed and has patio doors out onto the terrace area with
enviable views over the ocean out towards the neighbouring
island of Fuerteventura. The second bedroom is furnished with
comfortable twin beds. Both bedrooms offer double spacious
wardrobes and an electronic security safe is provided for
securing valuables.
The bathroom offers a fully enclosed shower, wash hand basin
and toilet.
Externally, patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the
terrace area which is furnished with a retractable awning,
patio table and chairs an ideal place in which to enjoy a
leisurely breakfast or pre-dinner drink whilst taking in the
spectacular views. The beautiful oval shaped heated swimming
pool is surrounded by large terrace areas and has the
spectacular Montana Roja (Red Mountain) as it’s backdrop.
There is a Canarian style bbq located to the side of the pool
area along with dining table and chairs for those who enjoy al
fresco dining.
Villa Elle and Villa Simon are adjoining properties and can be
booked together for larger parties or separately, subject to
availability. The pool area is jointly shared by occupants in
each property. An ideal set up for those larger parties or
families that wish to holiday together whilst still having the
privacy offered by separate accommodation.
Los Riscos, the area in which Villa Elle is located is
situated on the side of Montana Roja and is therefore accessed
by a steep incline. The villa itself is accessed by several
steps down to property and therefore we feel that it would be
unsuitable for disabled persons.
Walking time to nearest beach is 15 minutes. Driving would
take approximately 5 minutes.
Closest beaches are Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada.
30 minutes by taxi or car from Arrecife airport.
Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Local taxi rank just 5 minutes walk from villas.
Playa Blanca village is just a 15 mins walk or a 5 mins drive.
It has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, beaches
and supermarkets.
