suite and one twin bedroom, both having built in wardrobes and
views over the pool area. Beautiful quality bed linen and
deluxe towels are provided to ensure your stay is extra
comfortable. Both rooms offer electric fans for those warmer
evenings.
The large spacious lounge incorporates an apex ceiling giving
a bright airy feel - equipped with TV offering satellite
channels, dvd player along with a selection of dvd‘s, radio/CD
player and quality leather furniture. Patio doors open out
onto the pool and terrace areas.
There is a large tiled bathroom which has a walk in shower,
wash hand basin and toilet.
The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with fridge freezer,
oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher and offers a wealth of
cooking utensils and equipment ensuring those wishing to self
cater have all the relevant facilities.
A large open dining area boasts a beautiful marble table with
ample cushioned seating. A canarian built in bbq awaits those
who enjoy al fresco dining. Off is a separate utility room
with washing machine.
Externally there are spacious terrace areas surrounding the
swimming pool, furnished with adjustable sun beds and padded
covers, an ideal area for soaking up the Lanzarote sunshine.
There is a shaded pergola area for those wishing to relax with
a book whilst still benefiting from the fresh outdoor air.

The surrounding coastline is stunning, littered with rock
pools and caves it is a fascinating area to explore.
The nearest beach at Calimera Hotel is approx 1 kilometre
away. Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada are a 5 minute drive
away.
A selection of bars, restaurants, gift shops and a supermarket
are located within a 10 minute walk.
Playa Blanca resort centre is a leisurely 40 minutes walk
along the beautiful sea front promenade or a 5 minute car
drive.
30 minutes by taxi or car from Arrecife airport.
For those wishing to venture into the main resort centre on a
frequent basis, car hire is recommended but not essential as
there are a wealth of local taxi’s available.
